experience in Plant Design, Piping Layout, Pipe Stress Analysis, Pipe
Support Design, and Piping Materials. Wayne is a registered professional
engineer with a B.S. in Civil Structural Engineering from the Virginia
Polytechnic Institute and State University and an M.B.A. from the
University of Houston. Currently Wayne is the Piping Engineering Manager
for Technip USA.
