A new SPED Chapter has formed in the Toronto area.  On Tuesday July 17, 2012, interested pipers met with SPED Executive Director, Bill Beazley, to determine whether a SPED chapter would be useful.  SPED PPD Advisory Committee Member and Senior Mechanical Designer at Ecodyne Water, Carol McComb organized the meeting which was held at the Hilton Garden Inn, Burlington, Ontario.  It was well attended and a chapter for the Toronto area was formed.  Details to follow.
